In The Press: railbusinessdaily.com | Balham Station Toilet Refurbishment Project Last month, our recently completed refurbishment project at Balham Train Station reached the press. An article from Rail Business Daily announced the completion of the new Ladies and Gents' toilet facilities. These upgraded spaces were designed to relieve pressure on a station that previously had just 1 toilet available. Two new toilets, positioned on Platform 1 and Platform 2, were fitted in an area previously reserved for staff. However, the new conversion has made better use of the available space. It is part of Southern Railway National Station Improvement Programme, designed to improve the travel experience for thousands of passengers using the station.
